Who is Karen K. Koehler. She's a strong successful woman, well established in the courtroom and equally balanced in life. She has a strong skill set and many years of experience that helps her win her clients cases. Many large corporations and insurance companies have chosen to avoid courtroom battles and gone straight to settlements, largely due to her success rate and her reputation (known among her adversaries as The Velvet Hammer).
Karen is highly esteemed and highly decorated among her peers in the legal community and has the credentials to deserve the recognition. Not only is she the mother of 3 wonderful daughters, but she also an author of a legal treatises, circulated nationally, and takes time as an adjunct professor at the School of Law at the highly competitive University of Washington. The same school she graduated with a Bachelors of the Arts, before continuing on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Seattle University.
Among being the President of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, she has also held positions in the leadership of the American Association of Justice and is part o fthe American Board of Trial Advocates. She has had the honor of receiving “The Best Lawyers in America” recognition and has many times been given the title of “Super Lawyer” and top 40 Personal Injury Lawyer by Washington Law & Politics Magazine.
